Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari price, location, responsiveness dan atmosphere terhadap revisit intention dimediasi dengan customer satisfaction. Hal ini dilakukan dengan harapan agar dapat membantu UMKM Warkop Agem Medan untuk meningkatkan kualitas yang diberikan dan diperlihatkan oleh UMKM tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel price, location, responsiveness dan atmosphere yang dimediasi dengan customer satisfaction dapat mempengaruhi keinginan pelanggan untuk mendatangi kembali suatu tempat, Harga berpengaruh penting kepada kepuasan pelanggan karna pelanggan akan merasa puas apabila mereka mendapatkan makanan dengan harga yang terjangkau. Lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan karena semakin mudah tempat makan itu untuk dijangkau, maka pelanggan akan lebih tertarik untuk mengunjungi tempat tersebut. Responsiveness berpengaruh kepada kepuasan pelanggan karena apabila karyawan tanggap dan ramah dalam melayani kebutuhan pelanggan, maka mereka akan merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Pengaruh dari atmosphere juga tidak kalah penting, dimana apabila pelanggan merasa nyaman dengan suasana lingkungan tempat makan tersebut, seperti kebersihan yang terjaga dan tingkat suara yang rendah, maka mereka akan memiliki keinginan untuk mendatangi tempat tersebut. Semua variabel diatas akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yang akan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keputusan pelanggan tersebut untuk mengunjungi kembali tempat tersebut. Saran yang dapat diberikan oleh penulis terhadap Warkop Agem Medan adalah dengan lebih memperhatikan kebersihan dari Warkop Agem Medan, serta menambahka jumlah karyawan agar dapat memberikan kualitas servis yang tinggi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan responsiveness dari karyawan Warkop Agem Medan
