DINAMIKA BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN: PERBEDAAN PERSEPSI STAF DAN SUPERVISOR DI SEKTOR KESEHATAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kontribusi niat berbagi pengetahuan (KSI) terhadap kinerja inovatif (IP) di sektor jasa kesehatan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain kausal, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dari 78 tenaga kesehatan di sebuah rumah sakit swasta di Palembang. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara KSI dan IP, di mana peningkatan KSI beriringan dengan peningkatan IP. Selain itu, wawancara mendalam mengungkapkan perbedaan persepsi antara staf dan supervisor terkait motivasi, hambatan, dan solusi berbagi pengetahuan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan perlunya upaya untuk menyelaraskan persepsi dan membangun budaya berbagi pengetahuan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kinerja inovatif di sektor kesehatan.
