PELATIHAN SUPERVISI KLINIS KOLABORATIF UNTUK PARA KEPALA SEKOLAH HIDAYATULLAH TAHFIDZ GLOBAL ISLAMIC SCHOOLS (HTGIS)

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memampukan Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, dan Guru Senior Hidayatullah Tahfidz Global Islamic Schools dalam memberikan bantuan professional kepada guru melalui supervisi klinis kolaboratif. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan tatap muka dan mentoring. Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan ketrampilan Kepala Sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi klinis kolaboratif dan menjadi titik awal untuk pelaksanaan supervisi secara melembaga.
