Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar, koordinasi mata-tangan, serta interaksi sosial pada anak penyandang disabilitas autisme melalui kombinasi aktivitas lari, lempar, dan tangkap bola. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SLB Arnadya dengan melibatkan enam anak penyandang autisme sebagai peserta utama. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan praktik langsung secara bertahap. Rancangan kegiatan fisik sederhana yang dilakukan meliputi: (a)Lari lurus: Berlari bolak-balik antara dua titik sejauh ±10 meter; (b) Lari zigzag: Berlari melewati rintangan cone yang diatur membentuk jalur zigzag; (C)Tangkap bola: Permainan lempar-tangkap bola dengan variasi jarak dan kecepatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam aspek keseimbangan tubuh, ketepatan gerak antara mata dan tangan, serta frekuensi interaksi sosial antar peserta. Kegiatan ini juga mendukung peningkatan fokus dan konsentrasi peserta selama sesi berlangsung
