Kepemimpinan adalah usaha merealisasikan tujuan organisasi dengan menyamakan kebutuhan para pengikutnya untuk terus tumbuh berkembang sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi. Pada perguruan tinggi juga ada organisasi yang berkiprah untuk mewadahi para mahasiswa agar mampu bekerja sama dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut. Seperti organisasi kemahasiswaan SMF atau BPMF di kampus UKSW yang dipimpin oleh seorang ketua. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen organisasi karyawan CV. Pengambilan sampel dari populasi penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling pada 100 orang karyawan CV. Karoseri Laksana. Menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik korelasi. Peneliti memakai alat ukur pengumpul data berupa skala komitmen organisasi dari OCQ dari Trihapsari & Nashori, (1970). Serta hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan berkorelasi positif terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan.
