EFEKTIVITAS KOMBINASI AMLODIPINE DAN HABBATUSSAUDA (NIGELLA SATIVA) DALAM MENURUNKAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI

Hipertensi merupakan penyebab utama penyakit kardiovaskular dan kematian dini di seluruh dunia. Amlodipine adalah salah satu terapi lini pertama yang efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah, tetapi memiliki efek samping yang dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien. Habbatussauda (Nigella sativa) diketahui memiliki sifat antihipertensi melalui mekanisme diuretik, antioksidan, dan vasodilatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kombinasi Amlodipine dengan Habbatussauda dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional dan pendekatan double-blind. Sampel terdiri dari 30 pasien hipertensi yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok terapi Amlodipine (n=15) dan kelompok terapi kombinasi Amlodipine dengan Habbatussauda (n=15). Data tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah terapi dianalisis menggunakan uji Independent T-test dengan tingkat signifikansi p<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok terapi kombinasi mengalami penurunan tekanan darah sistolik yang lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok terapi Amlodipine saja (15,66 mmHg vs. 5,6 mmHg, p=0,010). Sementara itu, tekanan darah diastolik juga mengalami penurunan tetapi tidak menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antar kelompok (p=0,231). Kombinasi Amlodipine dengan Habbatussauda lebih efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik dibandingkan dengan terapi Amlodipine tunggal. Terapi kombinasi ini berpotensi mengurangi dosis Amlodipine yang diperlukan serta menurunkan risiko efek samping yang terkait dengan dosis tinggi Amlodipine.
