Latar Belakang: Cidera pada Lateral Colateral Ligamen(LCL) sering terjadi bersamaan dengan cidera pada Anterior Cruciatum ligament(ACL). Rekonstruksi ligamen merupakan prosedur bedah yang ditujukan untuk memulihkan stabilitas dengan cara menyambungkan kembali ligamen yang rusak dengan sebagian tendon dari tubuh pasien seperti tendon patellar. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penatalaksanaan pada kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian intervensi fisioterapi berupa latihan penguatan dan kontrol neuromuskular dalam meningkatkan keseimbangan dinamis satu kaki pada kondisi pasca operasi ACL dan LCL Reconstruction Dextra untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot flexor dan extensor knee dextra di RSO Prof. Dr. Soeharso Surakarta. Metode: Program ini dilakukan langsung kepada responden dengan kondisi pasca operasi ACL dan LCL Reconstruction dengan pemberian terapi sebanyak 3 kali sesi terapi. Pengukuran kekuatan otot flexor dan extensor knee dextra dengan metoda 1RM. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan terapi sebanyak tiga kali didapatkan hasil peningkatan kekuatan otot flexor dan extensor knee dextra yang diukur dengan metode 1RM, T0 Untuk kekuatan otot flexor knee dextra diukur dengan metode 1RM dengan menggunakan leg curl machine dengan hasil 7 kg dan untuk extensor knee dextra 5 kg. Kesimpulan: Pemberian intervensi Fisioterapi berupa latihan penguatan dan kontrol neuromuskular pada kasus pasca operasi ACL dan LCL Reconstruction Dextra terbukti dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot yang menurun, yang bisa memicu keluhan nyeri dan bisa berdampak pada keseimbangan dinamis satu kaki responden
