MANAJEMEN FISIOTERAPI PADA KASUS FROZEN SHOULDER DEXTRA (A CASE REPORT)

Frozen shoulder atau “bahu beku” memiliki keluhan khas yaitu timbul nyeri area otot deltoid, ketidakmampuan untuk tidur pada sisi yang sakit, keterbatasan Lingkup Gerak Sendi (LGS) terutama gerakan internal rotasi dan eksternal rotasi. Hal ini, terjadi karena penebalan ligamen glenohumeral inferior superior dan ligamen coracohumeral (CHL). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen fisioterapi berupa mobilisasi scapula dan sendi bahu, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), aproksimasi sendi bahu, Contract Rilex Stretching (CRS), dan kompres es pada frozen shoulder dextra. Metode case report digunakan dalam penelitian ini pada pasien frozen shoulder dextra di Praktik Fisioterapi Magetan di bulan Oktober 2022. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya penurunan tingkat nyeri dan peningkatan LGS bahu kanan setelah pemberian intervensi selama 3 kali pertemuan
