MANAJEMEN FISIOTERAPI TERKAIT GANGGUAN FUNGSIONAL TANGAN PADA PASIEN POST FRAKTUR 1/3 DISTAL RADIUS DISTAL DEXTRA

Indonesia meenmpati peringkat tiga besar dalam kategori negara dengan kepemilikan sepeda motor terbanyak di dunia, selaras dengan tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas yang tidak sedikit memakan korban jiwa. Salah satu kasus yang banyak dijumpai dari kejadian tersebut diantaranya adalah fraktur 1/3 radius, di mana fraktur itu sendiri merupakan hilangnya kontinuitas tulang yang terjadi akibat tekanan mekanik yang melebihi kemampuan tulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan pemberian modalitas fisioterapi berupa infrared dan ultrasound yang dipadukan dengan terapi latihan seperti contra relax, passive juga active exercise pada pasien dengan kondisi fraktur 1/3 radius. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode case report (studi kasus) yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2022 dengan pemberian intervensi fisioterapi sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan. Didapatkan hasil berupa penurunan intensitas nyeri, peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi serta kekuatan otot, juga peningkatan pada kemampuan fungsional tangan pasien.
