Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini ialah untuk menganalisis peran psychological well-being terhadap kinerja organisasi berbasis leadership style dan crafting. Subjek penelitian ini ialah Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Daerah Kota Pasuruan. Sedangkan objek penelitian ini ialah leadership stye (X1), job crafting (X2), psychological well-being (Z), dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatory research. Analisis data dalam rangka menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model multivariat Structural Equation Models (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Sampel dari ini secara menyeluruh adalah semua pegawai Bappelitbangda Kota Pasuruan yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengolah data tersebut adalah SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leadership style tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Job crafting tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Leadership style berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being. Job crafting berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being. Psychological well-being berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Leadership style dengan dimediasi psychological well-being berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Dan, job crafting dengan dimediasi psychological well-being berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi Badan Pembangunan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Daerah Kota Pasuruan.
