DILEMA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DALAM PEKERJAAN: PERSPEKTIF TENAGA KESEHATAN DAN NON-KESEHATAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji persepsi dan sikap karyawan di Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan, terhadap peran Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam pekerjaan mereka. Studi ini membandingkan karyawan di sektor kesehatan (karyawan rumah sakit) dengan mereka di sektor non-kesehatan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed-methods), yang menggabungkan survei kuantitatif dan wawancara kualitatif, penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh sikap terhadap niat untuk terus menggunakan AI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kedua kelompok tersebut secara umum memiliki pandangan positif terhadap potensi manfaat AI, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam perspektif mereka. Karyawan rumah sakit, meskipun mengakui manfaat AI, menekankan pentingnya unsur manusia dalam pekerjaan mereka, terutama dalam perawatan pasien, dan mengekspresikan kekuatiran tentang keterbatasan AI dalam menggantikan empati, interaksi langsung, dan kreativitas manusia. Karyawan di luar sektor kesehatan cenderung lebih fokus pada potensi AI dalam otomatisasi dan peningkatan produktivitas, dan meskipun juga mengakui masalah etika, mereka lebih optimis akan mitigasi potensi risiko. Temuan ini menyoroti kebutuhan akan pendekatan yang lebih dalam terkait adopsi AI, mempertimbangkan konteks spesifik dan kebutuhan unik dari berbagai sektor kerja, serta pentingnya mengatasi baik potensi manfaat maupun kekuatiran yang terkait dengan implementasi AI
