However, its implementation still faces challenges due to the low level of public understanding regarding digital finance and investment. This study aims to analyse the influence of risk, ease of use, usefulness, and benefits on attitudes toward the use and adoption of digital finance, with financial literacy as a moderating variable. This quantitative research involved 180 respondents who are customers of BPR Syariah, selected using purposive sampling and the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that risk has a negative effect, while ease of use, usefulness, and benefits have positive effects on attitudes toward the use and adoption of digital finance. Nevertheless, attitudes toward the use of digital finance do not significantly affect adoption, and financial literacy is not proven to moderate the relationship. These findings highlight that ease of use, usefulness, and benefits are more dominant factors in encouraging the use of digital finance compared to financial literacy itself
Putri Septi Naulina Hasibuan Aminullah Assagaf Sri Handini Copyright (c) 2025 Putri Septi Naulina Hasibuan, Aminullah Assagaf, Sri Handini https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-10-06 2025-10-06 5 3 283 296 10.53625/ijss.v5i3.11385 STRATEGIES TO INCREASE ELECTRIC CAR PURCHASE INTEREST THROUGH MODERATED TRUST IN ELECTRIC CAR BRAND EQUITY IN EAST JAVA https://mail.bajangjournal.com/index.php/IJSS/article/view/11386
The objective of this study was to analyze the influence of Environmental Concern, Innovation, Social Media Effectiveness, Brand Image, and Green Product Awareness on Purchase Intention through Trust, moderated by Brand Equity, among electric car consumers in East Java. In the modern competitive environment, Talent Management (TM) has emerged as a key HRM practice to attract, develop, retain, and position individuals with the right skills to drive organizational success. This study aims to examine the effect of Talent Management strategies on Employee Performance (EP) at the Indonesian Quarantine Agency (Barantin). Drawing on theories from Collings and Mellahi (2009) and other prior research, the study emphasizes the importance of aligning TM initiatives with institutional goals to enhance productivity and service quality. A quantitative research method was applied, with data collected through purposive sampling from 160 employees. The analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS to test the measurement and structural models. The R² value for EP was 0.819, indicating that Talent Management explains 81.9% of the variance in Employee Performance, while the Q² value of 0.689 confirms strong predictive relevance. Hypothesis testing results show a path coefficient of 0.905, a t-statistic of 43.460, and a p-value of 0.000, indicating a very strong, positive, and statistically significant effect of Talent Management on Employee Performance. The discussion highlights that systematic talent acquisition, targeted training and development, performance-based appraisal systems, and structured career pathways substantially contribute to enhancing work quality and productivity at Barantin. The findings align with previous studies in both public and private sectors, confirming that well-implemented TM strategies improve engagement, retention, and organizational outcomes. The exceptionally high correlation found in this study suggests that Barantin’s TM practices are highly customized to its operational needs, enabling effective skill utilization and superior performance. These results underscore the strategic importance of TM in public sector institutions and provide practical insights for policymakers and HR practitioners aiming to strengthen workforce capabilities.
Akhmad Alfaraby Edi Sugiono Lijan Poltak Sinambela Copyright (c) 2025 Akhmad Alfaraby, Edi Sugiono, Lijan Poltak Sinambela https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-10-06 2025-10-06 5 3 307 318 10.53625/ijss.v5i3.11387 ANALYZING THE IMPACT OF MARKETING INFORMATION ON THE PURCHASE DECISION OF ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS https://mail.bajangjournal.com/index.php/IJSS/article/view/11303
This research explores the impact of marketing information on eco-friendly product purchase decisions, focusing on young consumers, particularly vocational school students. With growing awareness of sustainability, consumers are increasingly considering environmental impact in their purchasing decisions. However, the effectiveness of marketing information in influencing eco-friendly product purchases remains uncertain. While some studies suggest green marketing shapes consumer behavior, others highlight product quality and trust in sustainability claims as more dominant factors.

The study aims to analyze factors affecting consumer acceptance of sustainability claims, emphasizing how marketing strategies highlighting environmental aspects, social media, and peer influence shape decision-making. Expected outcomes include: (1) publication in a national accredited journal, (2) development of a green marketing education module for vocational students, (3) formulation of evidence-based green marketing strategies, and (4) intellectual property rights submission for the developed model. This research is positioned at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 3–4, focusing on exploration and conceptual model development to be tested qualitatively. The results aim to provide a foundation for designing effective, evidence-based green marketing strategies that can be applied by both industries and educational institutions to encourage more responsible consumption.
Yuni Tresnawati Alyssa Edwina Imad Khalid Bakhour Copyright (c) 2025 Yuni Tresnawati, Alyssa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-10-06 2025-10-06 5 3 319 328 10.53625/ijss.v5i3.11303 PUSPA RAKSAKA JAGAD; DESIGN OF ECO-FRIENDLY FASHION INNOVATIONS IN CHILDREN’S KEBAYA https://mail.bajangjournal.com/index.php/IJSS/article/view/11304
This research explores the concept of Puspa Raksaka Jagad, which involves creating children's kebaya based on eco-friendly principles by integrating upcycling techniques from thrifted clothing and ecoprinting using natural dyes derived from ylang-ylang, frangipani, and hibiscus flowers. Music therapy has emerged as a non-invasive, cost-effective intervention with demonstrated benefits in emotional regulation and neurochemical modulation. Among its proposed mechanisms is the stimulation of beta-endorphin production, a neuropeptide associated with pain relief, mood enhancement, and stress reduction. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of instrumental and vocal music therapy on beta-endorphin hormone levels and subjective stress reduction in adults experiencing moderate to high stress A randomized controlled trial was conducted involving 90 participants aged 18–45 with self-reported stress levels above the clinical threshold. Participants were randomly assigned to three groups: instrumental music therapy, vocal music therapy, or a no-intervention control. Each intervention group received 30-minute music therapy sessions three times per week for four weeks. Serum beta-endorphin levels were measured pre- and post-intervention using ELISA assays. Subjective stress was assessed using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). Both instrumental and vocal music therapy groups showed significant increases in beta-endorphin levels compared to the control (p < 0.01), alongside marked reductions in PSS scores (p < 0.001). Vocal therapy demonstrated a slightly higher effect size. Instrumental and vocal music therapy significantly enhance beta-endorphin secretion and reduce perceived stress, suggesting their utility as complementary interventions in stress management protocols.
Ketut sumerjana I Komang Sudirga I Kt.
